This innovative tire pressure monitoring system distinguishes itself by cleverly calculating pressure and temperature to a “fill rate” that is temperature-independent. Summer or winter, sunny side versus shady side, just arriving, the calculations are always made using the optimum tire pressure at 15 degrees as a reference. As a result, this system detects any leaks very adequately. But it can also provide a temperature-independent advisory pressure at any time.
The system consists of sensors and a communication unit. The measured values (tire pressure, temperature inside the tire, temperature outside the tire) are communicated in real-time to a cloud server. That is where the real-time control check takes place. And where alarms are generated and transmitted. And maintenance overviews are generated that are available at any time. On arrival at the location? On a Saturday morning?

We have equipped several tippers and walking floors with the wireless axle load weighing system. The aim is to ensure that every cargo is loaded to the maximum within legal limits. You don't want to transport too little, but you don’t want to transport too much either. It works well. It is a practical and accurate system. We are very satisfied with it!
